Personal Profile
I am a fully qualified and experienced career coach, working with both individual clients and organisations. I currently run my own career coaching practice based in Essex and also do a variety of research into career and labour market issues.
I work with clients at many different stages of their careers, from school leavers through to those planning for retirement. I offer a range of career coaching and counselling services tailored to suit individual requirements. This includes CV and interview coaching, as well as advice and support with issues like career change, redundancy, self-employment and work/life balance.
I particularly enjoy working for myself and the flexibility which this gives me in terms of work/life balance. Work can be pretty hectic, so I do value some downtime mostly with friends and family, gardening and playing the piano. I am fascinated by people’s working lives, but also understand the complexities and difficulties which can arise too. I therefore provide a client-centred approach which aims to support clients in finding a job, resolving problems at work and making the most of their working lives.
