At ACSOL Ltd, certain things are crucial to our delivery:-

• Each job-seeker needs to create his/her own luck. We need to explain clearly how this can be achieved
• With that in mind, we always appreciate that each job-seeker we work with is different. Therefore our advice and delivery has to be, in effect, tailor-made to the needs of each individual.
• A successful campaign must include a strategy on how to make the most of the un-advertised market. Over the years this has become our key area of expertise. So many people are chasing each and every advertised job that it has become “lottery” like in many instances.
• Reality check…..we need to be able to clearly understand everything that is going on in someone’s life if we are to give clear and impartial advice. This often means providing a harsh reality check on what is and isn’t working.

Our delivery to over 3000 job-seekers on the recent DWP programme was successful because we wanted to make a difference to everyone who was referred to us. We received excellent feedback and believe that we were able to help many professionals all over the UK get back into work.

Initially, you should make contact with us either via telephone or e-mail. Let us know about your situation. Try to describe “where you are at” currently. Perhaps you have been applying for jobs for three months and not even been close to an interview? Maybe you are not really sure what it is that you are looking for? Perhaps you are almost ready to give up because no type of approach seems to be working? The more we understand about your position, the more we can advise about what we feel might work.

In terms of cost, working with us might not be as expensive as you think. It is not our intention to charge un-realistic fees at a time when finances may be difficult. A one-to-one consultation (with a follow-up), CV re-write, personal marketing plan and three months use of ACSOL can be as little as £250.00
