Jon Becker and Acsol Ltd have been running successful recruitment campaigns for clients since the Summer of 2011. Prior to that, Acsol were contracted to work with the Department for Work & Pensions where they provided advice and guidance to unemployed professionals who were referred to them via Job Centres nationally. Acsol were one of the largest participants in this scheme, helping over 3000 customers and receiving excellent feedback.
Most recently, Acsol have worked on recruitment campaigns for a wide variety of clients and indeed a variety of roles. Examples are a Production Manager for Kudos Web Solutions in Manchester, a Commercial Manager for Broadstock of Macclesfield, a Key Account Manager for USN Ltd in Bromsgrove and a Purchasing Manager for Interpart UK Ltd in Sharston.
The key to success for the Acsol methodology is personalised and careful work, strict selection techniques, value for money for the client and strict attention to detail. Acsol do not “fire” CVs at clients in the hope that the right candidate is there somewhere. Jon always meets with a manager/owner when the project is set up to find out exactly what the requirement is. This includes not only work experience and skills but also personal attributes that will ensure a candidate fits in well with a company.
Jon personally meets candidates in advance of sending him/her forward for a more formal interview. Following a decision by a company on who to employ, as much support as possible is given in terms of taking up references, CRB checks if necessary and occasionally negotiations re salary, terms/conditions, etc
